You will learn different dance routines in each class and we suggest to dress comfortably to take the classes. STILLETOS ARE ENCOURAGED, but not mandatory.

WEEKLY CLASSES- Each class will incorporate both a flirty chair fitness portion designed to trim and tone for Valentine's Day, as well as a brand new steamy chair dance every week! Secret's students are advised to dress comfortably, bring heels for a more challenging workout, and possibly a yoga mat for core work (not required).
FEB 10- THE BIG EVENT will feature a 2 hour and 15 minute workshop designed to teach you how to rock the CHAIR AND STRIPPER POLE as well as free drinks, appetizers, giveaways AND fashion show. Please come wearing your sexiest outfit! Don't be shy, we all have something sexy in our closets (Halloween costumes, lingerie, ect)!
